Originating in Holland, Poff-ert-jes is a Dutch word for 'small pancakes'. They are the size of 50 cent pieces. They are traditionally served with a dusting of icing sugar and butter, though you can choose from a selection of other toppings such as butterscotch sauce, organic chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, organic maple syrup, lemon and sugar, fresh strawberries, grilled bananas, fresh whipped cream and icecream, just to name a few.

My secret recipe includes natural and organic ingredients made fresh to order, eat in or take away.
