About Roasting

We select and roast 100% Arabica green coffee beans in our boutique style roastery daily and sell direct to the public. We also sell the green beans by the kilo.

We source our A Grade coffee beans from countries all around the world such as, Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Columbia and Sumatra, but are always looking to new varieties and blends.

We have 13 blends that include Fairtrade (guarantees
a better deal for third world producers) Certified Organic (grown with no chemicals, benefiting workers, animals and the environment) and Rainforest Alliance (sustainable practices to preserve eco systems) coffee beans.

We also roast Minas and Santos coffee beans, then stonegrind it for the Greek and Turkish style 'briki' for our European customers.

 
  Our philosophy is to sell only the freshest coffee possible and that means we roast smaller batches more often so you can taste all the characteristics of the coffee.

Customers ask, "Why does your coffee taste so different from the rest?" We say, "Because it is freshly roasted
with top quality coffee beans!"
